Quick answers to common questions about the Tourism Rental Property & Lease Management System.
Super Admin can register new properties by going to the Admin Panel → Properties → Add New Property. Fill in all required details including category, location, rent amount, and upload supporting documents.
Operators receive their login credentials from the Admin after registration. They can login at /login using their email and password. First-time login will prompt a password change.
Operators collect rent from tenants via the Rent Collection module. They can accept Cash, UPI, NEFT, Bank Transfer, or Cheque. The system auto-generates a PDF receipt after payment recording.
Yes. After each payment is recorded, the system generates a PDF receipt that can be downloaded from the Payment History section or directly from the receipt page.
The system auto-calculates dues based on rent amount, payment due date, and days delayed. Late fees and penalties are added as per the configured rules.
You can upload lease agreements, rental agreements, bank guarantee documents, property ownership documents, NOCs, operator registration certificates, and tenant identity documents.
The system sends automated alerts 60, 30, and 7 days before agreement expiry. Admins or operators can initiate renewal from the Agreements module and upload the renewed agreement document.
The system sends alerts 30 days before BG expiry. The operator receives email and portal notifications to submit a new or renewed bank guarantee. Non-renewal may flag the account.
After operator registration and verification, Admin can assign properties via Admin → Properties → Assign to Operator. The operator then appears as the lessee on that property.
